Fifth Column are essentially a first rate covers band hailing from the County of Cornwall. There are five members, each with their own unique talents and personalities which influences the music that they produce. This can best be appreciated by taking the time to go and see them play live, an experience you will not want to miss.
The lads have no delusions of grandeur, all of whom have 'been there, done that, got the T-shirt', during their long and varied musical careers and are quite happy playing a couple of local gigs a month. This wealth of experience is evident in the numerous styles of music which makes up their set lists.
Have no doubts, if you have the chance to see them play take it with both hands, you won't be disappointed.
Our esteemed keyboard player Jonny Keyes has decided to call it a day. He's retired down to the darkest far west of the county and is running a pub.
Needless to say the rest of us were devestated by the news but Nick's brother Andy willingly stepped into to the breach and so the show carries on. Andy is a guitar player and his contribution has changed the overall sound of the band but not the style. He has gradually gelled with the rest of us and his subtle licks have become embedded into music we produce.
